Louth Town F.C. are an English football club based in Louth, Lincolnshire. They were established in 2007 following the demise of Louth United. They play in the Northern Counties East League Division One.

History

At the end of the 2012-2013 season, Louth Town finished in their highest position of 3rd in the Northern Counties East League. Manager Daryl Clare, in his first season with the club as manager, took the club to its highest ever league position.

Louth Town also have a Reserve Team that play in the Lincolnshire Football League, along with "A" team and Academy sides that play in the East Lincs Combination Leagues.

The club also own the Saltfleetby site and use this as a base for their juniors and lower senior level sides in partnership with the parish council and wider community.

The club have quickly established a flourishing junior set up and now have sides from under 7 through to under 15 age groups.

The future development of a new ground for the 1st team remains a priority for the club.

Louth Town reached the FA Cup 1st Qualifying round in 2011–12 season losing 2–0 at home to Buxton.

Ground

Louth Town play their home games at Park Avenue in Louth. Park Avenue has a capacity of 1500, possesses a clubhouse and 150 covered terracing.

With the club's success of late their attendances are ever increasing, from around 50–60 in their first couple of seasons, to around 80–90 when in the Central Midlands Supreme Division to easily reaching the 100 mark in their debut season in the NCEL.
