Lourdes Verónica Arévalos Elias (born January 13, 1984, in San Lorenzo, Paraguay) represented her country in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant, held in Los Angeles, USA on July 23, 2006.[1] She won the title of 3rd Runner-up. In the same year she represented Paraguay in the Reina Sudamericana 2006 beauty pageant and won the title of 2nd Runner-up.[2][3]
