Louisiana Highway 315 (LA 315) is a state highway that serves Terrebonne Parish. It runs 20.3 miles (32.7 km) in a south to north direction along Bayou Du Large Road, connecting Houma with Theriot and points south along Bayou Du Large.[1]
Route description
From the south, LA 315 begins at a point along the east bank of Bayou Du Large where Bayou Du Large Road transitions from parish to state maintenance just north of its dead end and south of Lovell Court. LA 315 proceeds north along the bayou, passing through Theriot, Sunrise, and Crozier before reaching a bridge over the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway just south of Houma. Here LA 315 loops underneath the bridge and intersects with LA 661 which heads northeast into Houma. LA 315 proceeds northwest across the GIWW bridge and enters Houma. LA 315 reaches its northern terminus at an intersection with LA 182 and LA 3197. LA 182 continues west along Bayou Black Drive toward Gibson and ahead into Houma on Barrow Street.
