Louisiana Highway 307 (LA 307) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafourche Parish. It spans 19.4 miles (31.2 km) and runs in a southeast to northwest direction,[1] bannered south-north.

Route description

From the southeast, LA 307 begins at an intersection with LA 182 mere feet from its junction with US 90 (future Interstate 49). As a result, according to plans for upgrading US 90 to interstate standards, LA 307 will be rerouted slightly to accommodate a new interchange between US 90/I-49 and LA 182. The road heads northward and winds sharply through largely uninhabited swampland until it reaches the south banks of Lac Des Allemands (literally "Lake of the Germans"). LA 307 then turns west to pass through the village of Kraemer and end at an intersection with LA 20 east of Chackbay.

LA 307 is an undivided, two-lane roadway for its entire length.

Major intersections

The entire highway is in Lafourche Parish.
