Loučka is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.19 square kilometres (2.39 sq mi), and has a population of 212 (as at 3 July 2006).
Loučka lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Olomouc and 191 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
