Lotem Zino (Hebrew: לוטם זינו; born March 16, 1992), is an Israeli footballer who plays as a midfielder for Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Be'er Sheva. Zino studied at Mekif Rager High school in Be'er Sheva.

Zino made his debut in Hapoel Be'er Sheva aganist Ironi Nir Ramat HaSharon on September 17, 2011. On 22 March 2012 he scored his first career 94 minutes in 1-2 victory against FC Ashdod.
