Loris Karius (born 22 July 1993 in Biberach an der Riß) is a German football goalkeeper[1] who currently plays for 1. FSV Mainz 05.
From 2009 to 2011 Karius played for the reserve team of Manchester City. He made his debut for 1. FSV Mainz 05 on 1 December 2012, when he got substituted for Shawn Parker after goalkeeper Christian Wetklo had been sent off.
