Lora

Lora is a family name in the Spanish language. The Lora surname is not common, but has spread to several countries around the world. Lora was also a medieval surname, patronymic meaning "Flower of the bay".[citation needed]

Lora is also an unrelated given name, in use either as a variant of Laura or as an Italian hypocoristic of either Eleonora or Loredana.
