Longitarsus ferrugineus is a species of black coloured[1] beetle in the subfamily Galerucinae that can be found in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Germany, Italy (including the island of Sardinia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and in North Europe (except for Finland, Norway, Portugal, and Russia).[2]
