Lodhéřov is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 23.72 square kilometres (9.16 sq mi), and has a population of 625 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lodhéřov lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Jindřichův Hradec, 45 km (28 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 104 km (65 mi) south of Prague.
