LoadUI is an open source and free load testing software, targeted mainly at web services.[3][4] There is also a commercial version, with additional features.
Features
Features include integration with the functional testing tool SoapUI and load distribution. Functionality can be added at runtime using plugins created by third-party developers.[2]
