Livoberezhna Line (Ukrainian: Лівобережна лінія, literally Left Bank Line) is a proposed fifth rapid transit line of the Kiev Metro, planned to be serving the left bank (eastern) area of Dnieper River of capital Kiev, Ukraine. The line is coloured light sky blue on the maps. It will have transfer stations with intercity railway stations and other metro lines which connect to the right bank (western) of the city. As of 2009, construction of the line is expected to begin in 2015 from stations Vulytsia Myloslavska to Prospekt Vatutina with depot Troyeshchyna situated at the north end of the line.[1]
