Living Dangerously was an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view held by Extreme Championship Wrestling. The event happened from 1998 to 2000 in the month of March. 2001 was supposed to feature the 4th Living Dangerously event, but ECW filed for bankruptcy before the pay-per-view could take place.

- The end came when Taz applied the Tazmission to Bigelow, Bigelow fell backwards causing both men to fall through the ring. Bigelow dragged Taz back up and pinned him.
- Sabu (with Bill Alfonso) defeated The Sandman in a Dueling Canes match (9:21)
- Sabu pinned Sandman after a double leg drop through a table on the ramp.
- This match was taped before the event and was aired while the ring was being repaired.
- A match between Al Snow and John Kronus was cancelled because of what happened in the Bigelow/Taz match.
- Al Snow and Lance Storm (with Tammy Lynn Sytch) defeated Shane Douglas and Chris Candido (with Francine) (4:49)

- Taz won by knockout when Sabu passed out from a Tazmission.
- This match unified the two titles.
