Liu Fangzhou (born 12 December 1995) is a Chinese tennis player. Although she has not won a title of any kind on the ITF pro circuit, she has reached two singles finals and reached a career high singles ranking of 294 in September 2013. On the junior tour, she was ranked as high as world number 61, and won 15 titles.

Liu was awarded a wildcard into the main draw of the 2014 Shenzhen Open, held during the first week of 2014. This will be the first time she has competed at a WTA event.
