The community of Lithoteng includes the villages of Ha Keiso (Lithabaneng), Ha Phakalasane, Ha Rampeoane, Ha Seleso, Ha Seoli, Khotsong (Lithoteng), Lebung, Lebung (Ha Matala), Lefikeng (Lithabaneng), Lithabaneng, Lithoteng, Mahlabatheng (Lithabaneng), Mamenoaneng, Ntširele, Semphetenyane, Shalabeng and Shalabeng (Lithoteng).[3]
