Lithonia High School is a public high school located in Lithonia, Georgia. It serves 1,692 students from grades 9-12. Interim Principle Andrew Tatum is the current principal. It has many clubs and extracurricular activities, including a book club, Future Business Leaders of America and marching band. The sports it has include baseball, football basketball, volleyball, swimming, golf, tennis, soccer, track, gymnastics,cheer leading,softball,and wrestling.

On December 17, 2012, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools announced that it had downgraded the DeKalb County Schools System's status from "on advisement" to "on probation" and warned the school system that the loss of their accreditation was "imminent."[1]
