Elisabeth ("Lisette") Anthonius Maria Ignatius Sevens (born June 29, 1949 in Helmond, Noord-Brabant) is a former Dutch field hockey defender, who won the golden medal with the National Women's Team at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
From 1974 to 1984, she played a total number of 83 international matches for Holland, in which she scored five goals. Sevens retired from international field hockey after the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, where she captained the team.
Lisette maintains her commitment to healthy living and physical fitness. She is the Art of Living coordinator for Amsterdam (see www.aofl.nl and www.lisettesevens.nl).
