Lisa Menna
Lisa Menna (b. July 24, 1967) is a professional magician and philanthropist adventurer.[1] A pioneer in a typically male-dominated profession,[2] she is considered "The most influential female magician of the 20th century". [3]
Due to her original contributions to the art of magic, she became the first woman to be invited to lecture and perform at FISM. She is also the only woman to have performed in every theater of The World Famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. [4]
In the 1990s, she achieved notability and worldwide success performing as a trade show magician, known as "the Darling of Dot Com". [5]
Capitalizing on the skills of gathering and informing a crowd, she founded the non-profit organization "Cause to Wonder". A theater for social change organization that produces spontaneous and curious performances to educate by introducing new ideas that improve health and human rights in developing countries.
Menna resides in Nelson, British Columbia.
