Lisa Rae Jacob (born May 13, 1974[2])is a former American swimmer won two gold medals at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Jacob won three gold medals in the 200-metre freestyle, the 4x100-meter relay, and the 4x200m relay at the 1991 Pan American Games.[3] Later, she swam collegically at Stanford University, where she won three Pac-10 Conference championships[4] and two NCAA championships in the 1995-1996 season.[5] The highlight of her career was at the 1996 Summer Olympics, where as a member of the United States team she won gold medals in both the 4x100 freestyle relay, and the 4x200 freestyle relay.[6]
