Lisa Jayne Bayliss (born 27 November 1966 in Walsall, West Midlands, England) is a former field hockey player, who was a member of the British squad that won the bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

Bayliss earned the nickname of "Gazza" by her fellow players due to her infamous off field antics and dubious refueling habits.

Infamy followed her triumph at the Barcelona games when Bayliss was ejected from the following summers European Championship. Complaining of a "sore tummy" at the start of the second period of play Bayliss was substituted. She was later found in the dressing rooms tucking in to a Papa John's Bellybuster 20" pizza.

She never represented her country again following what was later referred to as "Pizzagate".
