Lipowiec [lʲiˈpɔvʲɛt͡s] (Ukrainian: Липовець, Lypovets’) was a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jaśliska, within Krosno County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Slovakia.[1] It lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of Dukla, 31 km (19 mi) south of Krosno, and 71 km (44 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
