Linowo [liˈnɔvɔ] (German: Leynau; 1938-45: Leinau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dźwierzuty, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Dźwierzuty, 9 km (6 mi) north of Szczytno, and 35 km (22 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
