The Rt. Rev. Philip Lindel Tsen (郑和甫, January 7, 1885-June 6, 1954) was a Bishop of the Anglican Church.
He was educated at the University of Pennsylvania[1] and ordained in 1912. He was consecrated an Assistant Bishop of Honan on 23 February 1929 and elected Bishop of Honan in 1939.
