The Lincolnshire Football League, is a football competition in England that is composed of a single division of 14 clubs. Since season 2007–08 Sills & Betteridge Solicitors have agreed to sponsor the league. Teams stretch across the county from Grimsby to Grantham.

The League currently run a Representative side that compete in the FA Inter League Cup. In their first venture into the competition they reached the Quarter Finals where they lost to the Cheshire League. In the current campaign they are through to the Quarter final again.

The league is not officially a member of the English football league system, but clubs have, in recent years, moved up to the Central Midlands League and the United Counties League.
