Lincoln Square (Bellevue)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lincoln Square is a mixed-use complex located in Bellevue, Washington, completed in November 2005, and owned by prominent local developer Kemper Freeman Jr,[1] who took over construction of the project in 2003 after several delays.[citation needed] Lincoln Square consists of retail and restaurant space, a 148-room residential tower, a 337-room luxury hotel, a movie theater, and underground parking. Lincoln Square is part of Kemper Freeman Jr's master plan for development of his Downtown Bellevue properties, known as "The Bellevue Collection", including Bellevue Place and Bellevue Square.[1] The office tower is leased to Eddie Bauer's corporate headquarters and Microsoft.
