Lina Makhuli (born May 25, 1993) is an Israel beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Israel Universe 2012 and represented her country in the 2012 Miss Universe.[1]
Early life
Makhuli was born in Russia to a Russian mother and a Palestinian father from Israel and immigrated to Israel when she was five years old. Currently, Lina is performing an alternative voluntary national service in Israel for those that cannot or do not wish to serve in the Israel Defense Forces, in which she helps children with cancer in the Rambam hospital in Haifa.
Miss Israel 2012
Lina Makhuli has won the title "Miss Israel Universe 2012" at the Haifa International Convention Center in Haifa on Wednesday night on 7 March 2012. Lina Makhuli represented Israel in the Miss Universe 2012 beauty contest.
