Limnomedusa macroglossa is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family, in the monotypic genus Limnomedusa.[1] It is found in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and possibly Paraguay.[2] Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, rivers, pastureland, and heavily degraded former forest.[2] It is threatened by habitat loss.[2]
