"Liberate" is a song by the American heavy metal band Disturbed. The song was released as the third and last single from their second studio album, Believe. The word "fuck" is used 17 times as the word "motherfucker". Despite this, in theme with the primary lyrics, the song also contains passages from the Bible (from Micah 4: 2–4), which describes the Messianic era, in which war and hatred between nations will be ended.[citation needed]

The single peaked at number 121 in the Billboard Hot 100, number 4 in the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and number 22 in the Hot Modern Rock Tracks.

Music video

A music video was released for this song, showing the band performing during the Music as a Weapon II tour.[citation needed]
