Li Yapeng (Traditional Chinese: 李亞鵬; Simplified Chinese: 李亚鹏; born September 27, 1971) is a Chinese actor. He starred two CCTV TV series adaptations of Louis Cha's Wuxia novels; Guo Jing in The Legend of the Condor Heroes (2003) and Linghu Chong in Laughing in the Wind (2000).
In 2005 he married actress and singer Faye Wong, and had a daughter by her in May 2006, Li Yan (李嫣). Li Yan was born with a cleft lip, and in November 2006 the couple established a charity, the Smile Angel Foundation, to give assistance to other children with the condition. Yapeng has just recently announced his retirement from acting.
Li and Wong divorced on September 13, 2013.
