Liévin Lerno (born 1927) is a Belgian cyclist. He was born in Lokeren, East Flanders. He won a gold medal in team road race at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, together with Lode Wouters, Eugène Van Roosbroeck and Leon De Lathouwer.[1]
