Lhota Rapotina is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.17 square kilometres (2.38 sq mi), and has a population of 393 (as at 28 August 2006).
Lhota Rapotina lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Blansko, 30 km (19 mi) north of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
