Letkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-City District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.7 square kilometres (1.8 sq mi), and has a population of 479 (as at 28 August 2006).
Letkov lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Plzeň and 80 km (50 mi) south-west of Prague.
