Leslie Ackerman (born August 2, 1956, in New Jersey) is an American actress from New Jersey.

She is well known to Star Trek fans for her role as the attractive waitress in the popular Star Trek: Deep Space Nine 1996 episode "Trials and Tribble-ations".[1] [2] [3] [4]

Early in her career, Ackerman starred in the short-lived series 1980 series Skag. One of her co-stars in that series, Craig Wasson, also guest starred in Deep Space Nine.

She has guest starred in many popular television shows, such as Barnaby Jones, The Streets of San Francisco, All in the Family, Welcome Back, Kotter, The Incredible Hulk, Quincy, CHiPs, Cagney & Lacey, Simon & Simon, Moonlighting and Baywatch.

In 2000, she wrote, produced and starred in the movie What's Eating You?.
