Lesa is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region of Piedmont, located about 110 km northeast of Turin and about 45 km north of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,470 and an area of 12.5 km².[1]
The municipality of Lesa contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Villa Lesa, Solcio, Comnago, and Calogna.
Lesa borders the following municipalities: Belgirate, Brovello-Carpugnino, Ispra, Massino Visconti, Meina, Nebbiuno, Ranco, and Stresa.
