Lesůňky is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.48 square kilometres (1.34 sq mi), and has a population of 91 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lesůňky lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Třebíč, 37 km (23 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 150 km (93 mi) south-east of Prague.
