Leonel Conde was a Uruguayan football goalkeeper. He played professionally in Uruguay, Mexico and the United States.

In 1960, Conde played for C.A. Cerro in his native Uruguay before moving to Mexican club Atletico Morelia. He played through at least 1965 in Mexico. In 1967, Conde signed with the Oakland Clippers of the National Professional Soccer League. In 1968, the NPSL merged with the United Soccer Association to form the North American Soccer League. Conde and the Clippers lasted one season in the NASL. In 1969, Conde moved to the Kansas City Spurs where he was a 1969 First Team All Star.[1] When the Spurs folded following the 1970 season, Conde moved to the Washington Darts for the 1971 season.
