Lemona (Greek: Λεμώνα) is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located about 25 km Northeast of the town of Paphos and 7 km west of Agios Fotios. It may took its name at old times from many stagnant waters (Greek: λιμιώνας) that existed in the area or from many lemon trees in the area (Greek: λεμονιές). The main occupation of the inhabitants used to be agriculture, mainly trees, grapes and a few breeders. The school of village is closed from 1987.
