The Legal Management (or Legal studies) is a social sciences discipline that studies the State and its elements, Society at large, Law, Law Practice, Legal Research and Jurisprudence, legal Philosophy, Criminal Justice, Governance, Government structure, Political history and theories, Business Organization and Management, Entrepreneurship, Public Administration and Human Resource Development..

The Legal Management Professionals are commonly working as Legal Researchers, Paralegal, Social Science Researcher, Political Analyst, Public Administrator, Policy Analyst, Social Scientist, Business Manager, Entrepreneur, Social Entrepreneur, teaching Philosophy subjects, Human Resource Manager and several other related field of studies.

Finally, some go to the graduate school and take masters in some related fields like Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, History, Public Administration, Criminology and other field that can help in the area of research they are interest with or Maters in Legal studies on the area they want to the concentrate their research and some take up Bachelor of Law (L.l.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) to became a Lawyer and be a member of the Bar.

Some universities and colleges offer a Bachelor of Arts and some offer a Bachelor of Science, however, in the United States, the Philippines and some other country offer a Masters program.

In the discipline there are four core subjects, they are: Language, Philosophy, Law, Management (public and business) and the Society.
