History
Founded by Gary D. LeClair and Dennis M. Ryan in 1988, LeClairRyan is a first-generation law firm that has grown 100-fold in its first 20 years. Both founders remain active in the firm. In July 2011, David C. Freinberg became the firm's Chief Executive Officer.[1]
LeClairRyan has more than 350 attorneys in 22 offices. Attorneys and legal professionals are located throughout California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The firm represents clients throughout the United States.
