Lešany is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.5 square kilometres (2.1 sq mi), and has a population of 383 (as at 28 August 2006).
Lešany lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 20 km (12 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 198 km (123 mi) east of Prague.
