Layvin Kurzawa (born 4 September 1992 in Fréjus) is a French football player who currently plays for Monégasque club Monaco in Ligue 1. He plays as an attacking left back.[1] Kurzawa is a French youth international and has earned caps with the under-19 team.[2] He made his professional debut on 22 September 2010 in a Coupe de la Ligue match against Lens. Kurzawa started the match and played 65 minutes before being substituted out in a 1–0 victory.[3] He was born to a single mother of Polish descent, likely to a father of African descent.[4]
