Launceston Christian School is a private, co-educational Christian day school based in Riverside, Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. Established in 1976, the school started with 37 students and today over 610 students from Kindergarten through to Year 12 receive their education at the school. The Principal is Mr Erik Hofsink who has been in the role since 2004.
School organisation
The school's mission statement is "To glorify and honour God through Christ-centered education". The school is organised into Junior School (Kinder-Year 6), Middle School (Years 7-9), and Senior School (Years 10-12).
