Laster Technologies

Laster Technologies develops augmented reality eyewear using its patented EnhancedView technology. Based near Paris, France, the company was co-founded in January 2005 by Zile Liu.

Laster Technologies products include eyewear devices coupled with software enabling man-machine interface functions such as gestural recognition, digital image correlation and tracking, and voice recognition. Potential applications for these products include defense and security, industrial maintenance, medical data monitoring and imaging, navigation, and sports.

Laster Technologies was awarded a research grant for the development of an augmented reality demonstrator for the Paris Science Museum, which was implemented in 2009 as part of the exhibition "The Earth Seen from the Sky".[1]
