Lapedona is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Fermo in the Italian region Marche, located about 60 km southeast of Ancona and about 35 km northeast of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,157 and an area of 14.8 km².[1]
Lapedona borders the following municipalities: Altidona, Campofilone, Fermo, Montefiore dell'Aso, Monterubbiano, Moresco.
