The Landfair Apartments, also known as Robison Hall[citation needed], is a historic two-building multi-family complex located on the southwest corner of Landfair Avenue and Ophir Drive in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Designed in 1937 in the international or modernistic style of architecture by noted Los Angeles architect Richard Neutra, it originally consisted of five townhouses and two apartments, but was converted to student housing after World War II and later to co-operative student housing by UCLA. More recently while being upgraded to meet current codes by UCLA, the exterior was restored to its original appearance and one apartment was also restored to its original appearance. On May 20, 1987, the City of Los Angeles designated the building a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.[1]
