Ladislav Škantár (born February 11, 1983 in Kežmarok) is a Slovak slalom canoer who has competed since the late 1990s along with his cousin Peter Škantár in the C-2 category. He won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (C-2 team: 2009), three silvers (C-2: 2009, C-2 team: 2011, 2013) and three bronzes (C-2: 2011, 2013, C-2 team: 2007).

He won the overall World Cup title in the C-2 category in 2009 and 2010.

At the European Championships he has won a total of 9 medals (3 golds, 1 silver and 5 bronzes).
