Lactoria is a genus of boxfishes.

There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]

- Lactoria diaphana (Bloch & J. G. Schneider, 1801) (Roundbelly cowfish)
- Lactoria fornasini (Bianconi, 1846) (Thornback cowfish)
