La Bastide-de-Sérou is a commune in the Ariège department in southwestern France.
Geography
The Lèze, tributary of the Ariège, has its source in the north-eastern part of the commune, flows north-westward and forms part of the commune's northern border, with the lac de Mondely (Mondely lake).
The Arize, tributary of the Garonne, flows westward through the southern part of the commune and crosses the village.
