Lądek [ˈlɔndɛk] (German Landau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bisztynek, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Bisztynek, 23 km (14 mi) south of Bartoszyce, and 38 km (24 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
