Kwakwani

Kwakwani is a village on the Berbice River in the Upper Demerara-Berbice Region of Guyana, located at 05°17′N 58°03′W / 5.283°N 58.050°W / 5.283; -58.050Coordinates: 05°17′N 58°03′W / 5.283°N 58.050°W / 5.283; -58.050, altitude 44 Metres (147 feet). Kwakwani is approximately 40 km south of Linden. Bauxite mining is the main industry.
